Catalog Purchases:All standard product sales are listed and fulfilled exclusively through our official Etsy storefronts. Catalog transactions, checkout processing, and payment security are governed directly by Etsy's Buyer Protection and Shop Policies.

Custom Build Orders: Custom CAD designs and direct request quotes submitted through this site are processed manually. Once parameters are finalized, payment is accepted via PayPal Goods & Services or an agreed local cash settlement for Buffalo, NY pickups. Fabrication and filament extrusion begin strictly after invoice settlement.

Customer-Provided Models: You retain 100% intellectual property rights to any 3D model files (STL, STEP, 3MF) or external repository links (e.g., MakerWorld, Printables, Thingiverse) submitted for printing. By submitting a file, you warrant that you hold the legal authority or non-commercial license to manufacture the design. Cold Front Forge will never list, distribute, or resell your uploaded files.

Forge Custom CAD Designs: Unless exclusive commercial design rights are explicitly purchased in writing, all custom CAD models, parametric scripts, and geometries engineered from scratch by Cold Front Forge remain the sole intellectual property of Cold Front Forge.

FDM Surface Characteristics: Products are fabricated using Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM). Visible layer lines, minor seam variations, and slight surface textures are inherent characteristics of additive manufacturing and do not constitute manufacturing defects. Dimensional accuracy is maintained within a standard tolerance of ±0.2mm.

PLA+ (Indoor & Display): PLA+ is optimized for rigid indoor organizers, collectibles, trophies, TCG accessories, and desk gear. PLA+ has a thermal glass transition limit near 120°F (50°C) and will deform if left inside enclosed hot vehicles or direct heat sources.

PETG (Outdoor & Impact): Heat-Resistant PETG is recommended for high-impact environments, hot vehicles, and outdoor organizers. Cold Front Forge is not liable for heat deformation resulting from improper material choice during custom requests.

Products under the Cold Front Fit division (including barbell collar mounts, chalk holders, and gym equipment organizers) are utility accessories designed for space organization and convenience.

Our products are not certified life-safety or overhead load-bearing equipment. Installation and use of functional gear are performed at the buyer's sole discretion. Cold Front Forge disclaims all liability for equipment damage, personal injury, or wall surface wear resulting from improper installation, overloading, or misuse.

Catalog Returns: Standard catalog purchases follow the return and exchange policies detailed on our active Etsy store listings.

Custom Request Policy: Because custom orders are manufactured to your exact dimensions and specifications, custom orders cannot be canceled or refunded once physical printing or custom CAD modeling has commenced. If an order arrives damaged in transit, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos for a replacement print.
